Work out what AI should do in your business
Most owners we speak to already know AI should be doing something for them, and can't get a straight answer about what. The market is loud, every tool claims to do everything, and the advice usually comes attached to whatever the person giving it happens to sell. We map how your business runs, work out where AI earns its place and where it doesn't, and hand you a written plan with real numbers against it. You own that plan whether you build it with us or with somebody else.

How AI Consulting Works Here
You Should Leave With a Decision, Not a Deck
A lot of AI consulting ends in a slide deck full of possibilities and nothing you can act on Monday. We work the other way around. The engagement is a fixed number of hours for a fixed deliverable, agreed before it starts, and it ends with a short list of jobs worth automating, ranked by what they cost you today, with a firm build price against each one. We have been running AI systems inside our own operation for years, on the same admin load a service business carries, so you're getting a read from somebody who operates these things rather than somebody who only sells them. If the honest answer is that your business doesn't need AI yet, that goes in the report too, and it's a perfectly good outcome.
What You Get
What the Engagement Covers
An Honest Read on Where You Are
Before anything else we work out what you already have. Plenty of businesses are paying for tools that overlap, running a CRM nobody fills in, or sitting on a phone system that already does half of what they were about to buy. Knowing that changes the recommendation, and it's the cheapest saving in the whole engagement.
A Written Process Map, Exceptions Included
We write out how work moves through the business, from the first enquiry to the invoice, including the workarounds your team has been running from memory for years. This is where most of the value shows up, because it's usually the first time the whole thing has existed in one place.
A Shortlist Ranked by What It Costs You Today
Every candidate job gets measured the same way, which is how often it happens, how long it takes, what it costs you in wages or lost work, and what breaks if the AI gets it wrong. You end up with a ranked list rather than a pile of ideas, so the first build is the one with the clearest return instead of the one that demos best.
Model, Hosting and Privacy Decided on Your Constraints
The right answer for a clinic holding health records looks nothing like the right answer for a contractor chasing quotes, and that difference belongs in writing before anyone builds anything. We work through what your data is allowed to touch, whether residency is a hard requirement, and what each option costs per run at your volume, then write the recommendation down with the trade-offs visible rather than buried.
What to Buy, What to Build, and What to Leave Alone
Some of what you need is a subscription that already exists and costs forty dollars a month. Some of it has to be built because nothing off the shelf fits how you work. And some of it should be left alone entirely, because the risk isn't worth the saving. You get all three, clearly separated, with reasons.
A Build Price You Can Take Anywhere
The plan closes with a firm price and a target date against each recommended build. It's written so another developer could pick it up and quote from it, because a plan that only works if you hire us isn't really a plan. Take it out to tender if you want to.
How We Work
How an Engagement Runs
Start With a Call, Not a Contract
The first conversation is 30 minutes and costs nothing. We want to hear what made you start looking at AI, what you have already tried, and what is genuinely eating your week. By the end of it we'll tell you whether this needs a full engagement, a much smaller piece of work, or nothing at all yet.
Agree the Scope and the Number Before We Begin
If it's worth going ahead, you get a fixed number of hours for a fixed deliverable, quoted before anything starts. Open-ended consulting is how this gets expensive and how the deliverable quietly goes missing, so we do not work that way. You know the price, the timeline, and exactly what lands at the end.
Sit With the Work as It Happens
We spend time with the people doing the work rather than only the person who signed the agreement, because the front desk always knows things the org chart doesn't. That's where the exceptions live, and the exceptions are usually what decides whether a job can be automated at all.
Test the Shortlist Against Real Numbers
Each candidate gets checked against your actual volumes, your actual software, and what it would genuinely cost to run. Some fall over here because the system you rely on is closed and won't let anything write into it, and it's far better to find that out now than three weeks into a build.
Write the Plan and Price the Builds
You get the process map, the ranked shortlist, the model and hosting recommendation with its reasoning, a plain-language note on what data would move where, and a firm price against each build. Written for you to read, not for us to present.
Walk Through It Together, Then Get Out of the Way
We go through the plan line by line and answer whatever it raises. After that the decision is yours on your own timeline. There's no expiry on the recommendation and no pressure to start the build with us, and if you come back in eight months having done nothing, that's fine.

Dealing with Camrin has made a significant positive impact on our business. The new website is easy to use, targeted to our client market, and Google rankings are going up every day. Our Google Ads were so effective we had to ask Camrin to take them down for a while because we couldn't keep up with the business!
