AI Agent Development for Ontario Businesses
A chat assistant talks to people on your website. An agent works behind it, doing the admin that comes after, reading the enquiry that just landed, filing it where it belongs, drafting the reply, and queuing the follow-up when nobody answers. An agent worth having does one job and does it properly. A person approves anything a customer sees, and when the AI isn't available the work drops back to your team the old way, so nothing gets stuck.

What an AI Agent Is
A Chatbot Talks. An Agent Does the Paperwork.
You'll see this called agentic AI, and the term gets attached to almost everything right now, so here's the line we draw. A chat assistant answers a question and the conversation ends. An agent takes a job and carries it across steps and systems, reading the new enquiry, pulling the matching record, drafting the reply, updating the file, and setting up the follow-up. The useful versions in a business your size are narrow and tightly bounded. They own one repeatable job, with clear inputs, clear limits, and a person who signs off before anything reaches a customer. One thing to get out of the way early. We haven't delivered one of these for a client yet. The architecture for an intake and booking agent is fully designed and written down, one proposal is out and unsigned, and nothing is running live today. If you'd rather buy this from someone who can show you a finished one, that's a fair call. If you'd rather be early and have every design decision explained to you before anything gets built, keep reading.
What We Do
What an Agent Can Take Off Your Team
Intake That Doesn't Sit in an Inbox
An enquiry lands by form or email, and the agent works out what's being asked for and how urgent it is, then files it against the right record before anyone opens it. Matching the enquiry to a person is handled by your own systems rather than by the model, because personal details are scrubbed out before the model sees the message. What you get is a prepared file instead of a message you still have to process.
Triage and Routing by Your Rules
Not every enquiry deserves the same path. The agent sorts by criteria you set, sends the straightforward ones down a standard track, and pushes anything unusual, urgent, or high value to you with a note explaining why it stopped.
First Drafts, Never Final Sends
Reply drafts, quote outlines, call summaries, and appointment notes, written and waiting for you to read. Editing a draft that's mostly right is far quicker than starting from a blank page, and you still decide what goes out.
Records Updated Without the Copy and Paste
The same detail usually gets typed into three places: the CRM, the calendar, and the spreadsheet you actually trust. An agent writes to each system through its own connection, and those writes are designed to be logged, so there's a trail you can check when something looks wrong.
Follow-Up That Happens Without You Remembering
Quotes that went quiet, patients who never rebooked, leads that stalled after one call. The agent works the list on the schedule you set and drafts each message from the real history rather than a template, then holds it in your queue until you release it. It stops the moment someone replies.
A Person Signs Off on Anything a Customer Sees
Outbound messages, quotes, and anything touching money or health information go to a human queue before they send. The agent's job is to get the work ready, not to decide on its own that it's fine to send.
How We Work
How We Build an Agent
Find the One Job Worth Automating
We look for a task that happens often, follows a pattern, and eats time without needing much judgement. If your real bottleneck is somewhere else, or a rule-based workflow would do the same job for less money and less risk, we'll say so rather than sell you an agent.
Map How It Runs Today
We write out the current process step by step, including the exceptions your team handles from memory and never wrote down. A lot of the value shows up right here. If mapping it makes the fix obvious and you walk away deciding you don't need an agent at all, that's a good outcome, and we'd rather you found that out now.
Draw the Boundary Before Anything Gets Built
We define what the agent is allowed to do, what it must never do, which cases always go to a person, and how it behaves when it isn't sure. This is the step that gets skipped when a build is priced to be fast, and it's the one that decides whether you can leave the thing running.
Build It on Canadian Servers, in an Account You Own
The agent runs on Claude through AWS Bedrock in Canadian data centres, Montreal and Calgary, so your information stays in the country. It lives in an Amazon account in your business's name rather than ours. We open it, set it up, and run it for you, and you never have to log into it, but it's yours, so if we ever part ways nothing has to be rebuilt. Amazon bills that usage separately from what you pay us, and you see the estimate before you commit to anything. Personal details are scrubbed before the model sees a message, and every part of the system gets written up with what happens if it breaks.
Run It Beside You Before It Runs Live
The agent works the same queue your team does and produces its output where only you can see it. You compare its work against what a person would have done, and nothing reaches a customer until you've stopped finding differences worth talking about. We agree how long that trial runs before it starts, so it isn't open ended and it isn't a surprise invoice.
Hand Over the Documentation and the Keys
At launch you get a plain-language map of what data moves where, full written documentation of the system, and the failure mode for each part of it. If you want to bring it in-house or hand it to someone else later, you can. You shouldn't need us to understand your own system.

Dealing with Camrin has made a significant positive impact on our business. The new website is easy to use, targeted to our client market, and Google rankings are going up every day. Our Google Ads were so effective we had to ask Camrin to take them down for a while because we couldn't keep up with the business!

Wondering If an Agent Fits Your Business?
Most businesses need one narrow agent, not ten. Book a call and we will work out which job is worth handing over first, or whether something simpler does the trick.
