Overview
SensoryOne designs and supplies sensory room equipment, from interactive projection systems and tactile panels to fibre optic lighting and complete multi-sensory rooms, for schools, hospitals, senior care facilities, and recreation centres across Canada and the United States. Their challenge was a large catalogue serving very different audiences, from children with special needs to elderly individuals in dementia care, with copy that needed to speak to facility managers and procurement teams. We built the site on WordPress with Elementor, organizing dozens of products into clear sections and application-specific pages for each facility type. We also integrated a virtual demo booking system and grant funding resources, so buyers can find the right equipment, navigate procurement, and book a consultation without calling for the basics.
The Challenge
SensoryOne had an extensive product line serving very different audiences, from children with special needs to elderly individuals in dementia care. The site needed to organize dozens of products across multiple categories, clearly communicate the benefits of each system to facility managers and procurement teams, and guide visitors toward booking a free design consultation.
Our Solution
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor, creating dedicated sections for interactive projection systems, sensory equipment, and application-specific landing pages for schools, hospitals, senior care, and community centres. Each product page was structured to highlight features, use cases, and target audiences. We also integrated a virtual demo booking system and grant funding resources to help buyers navigate procurement.
Results
SensoryOne now has a professional, well-organized site that serves as both a product catalogue and a lead generation tool. Visitors can quickly find the right equipment for their facility type, explore grant funding options, and book a consultation, all without needing to call for basic product information.
