You can pay in full and save 5%, or split it into three payments, 50% up front, 30% at design review and 20% at launch. Dental practices can also spread it across 12 monthly payments and own the site outright at the end. Whichever you choose, the exact number is confirmed in a short written proposal before any work starts, so the price doesn't move on you halfway through.

You do. The site, the copy we write for it and your domain are yours outright, and you get every login. If you ever want to move to another provider or bring it in house, nothing is held back and nothing needs unlocking.

These cover marketing sites. Online stores are quoted separately, because the price depends on how many products you sell and how shipping and payments need to work. Web apps and complicated integrations with booking or CRM systems are quoted the same way once we know what's involved. If you're not sure which side of the line your idea falls on, ask before you sign anything and we'll tell you straight.

For the first 30 days we fix anything that isn't working properly, at no charge. Your first year of hosting is already in the build price, so there's nothing further to pay until that renews. After that, hosting is $480 a year, or you can move the site to your own host. Updates after that are $120 an hour, or you can prepay hours for up to 15% off.

Usually, yes. We'll look at how it's put together first, because some sites are held together in ways that make every small edit slow and expensive, and we'll tell you that up front instead of quietly billing you for the extra hours. If it's in reasonable shape, hourly updates and prepaid hours work the same as they would on a site we built.

No. Hosting is a separate yearly service, and if you have your own host and prefer to stay there, that's no problem. We can still make updates to your site wherever it lives.

You buy hours in blocks of 5, and the more you buy the less each hour costs. 5 hours is $114 an hour, 5% off the regular $120, and each extra block takes another 2.5% off, down to $102 an hour (15% off) at 25 hours or more. We take time off the block in 15-minute steps as we work, with no one-hour minimum, and quote anything bigger before we start. Hours are good for 12 months. We'll tell you when you're down to your last hour so you can top up, and before any hours expire we'll suggest improvements to your site to use them on.

Yes, for what you select here. What you see is the real price for the options you choose, in Canadian dollars plus 13% HST. We put your selection in a short written proposal before any work begins, so there are no surprises. A few items depend on your specifics, like a second language, a photo shoot, or ad spend, and those are marked as quoted or paid to the platform.
