Overview
Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs is a pool and hot tub retailer in Mississauga serving customers across Oakville and Western Etobicoke since 2004. They needed an e-commerce platform that could handle their full product catalogue, from hot tub chemicals and filters to pool equipment and accessories. We built the site on WordPress with WooCommerce.
The Challenge
Lakeshore had a growing product line spanning hot tub chemicals, filters, parts, pool equipment, and accessories across dozens of categories. They needed an online store that organized their extensive catalogue into logical categories, handled product variations like sizes and quantities, supported in-store and curbside pickup, and integrated with their retail workflow.
Our Solution
We built the site on WordPress with WooCommerce, setting up their full product catalogue with organized categories for hot tubs, pools, and sale items. We configured product variations, pricing, and inventory management, and set up their checkout flow to support both in-store and curbside pickup orders. The site also features a promotions section for seasonal deals and a blog for hot tub and pool maintenance tips. We then trained the team on how to manage the store themselves, from adding and updating products to processing orders and running promotions.
Results
Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs now has a fully functional e-commerce platform that lets customers browse, shop, and order for pickup. The site organizes hundreds of products across logical categories and gives the team a manageable backend for inventory and order processing.
