Overview
Barks N Purrs is an award-winning dog walking and pet care company serving downtown and midtown Toronto since 2007. They needed a website that showcased their services, introduced their team, and made it easy for pet owners to understand their process and get in touch. We designed and built the site on WordPress with Elementor.
The Challenge
Rebecca and her team had built a strong reputation through awards from blogTO and Toronto Pet Daily, but their website didn't reflect the quality of their service. They needed a clean, professional site that clearly presented their dog walking, puppy visit, and cat sitting services with transparent pricing, introduced their team of certified walkers, and guided new clients through their onboarding process.
Our Solution
We designed and built the site on WordPress with Elementor, creating dedicated service pages for dog walking, puppy visits, and cat sitting, each with clear pricing and FAQs. We built out a team page introducing each walker and sitter, added a step-by-step "Getting Started" section to walk new clients through the process, and integrated their Time to Pet scheduling platform for client management.
Results
Barks N Purrs now has a professional website that matches their reputation as one of Toronto's top-rated pet care companies. The site clearly communicates their services and pricing, builds trust through team introductions and credentials, and gives prospective clients a straightforward path to get started.
